Why do I need a team? I have always sold my homes with just one agent.TIME FOR SOMETHING BETTER FOR YOU. The reason for a team is because if you truly want to be able to handle all the things that go into a real estate transaction accurately,professionally, and well just plain awesome then you need people. One person would be challenged to do it well unless there is really low volume and sales. Where is the exposure for your clients/support etc. Lets start with the make up of a Real Team. A real team is a group that takes years to develop.(well 4 years actually all the while selling over 100 homes a year in development) A group that has been hand picked to care for clients like no other. This group is strong in relationship,quick witted, experienced, talented, and most importantly they are in positions they enjoy and can excel. How do you find these people? Well first you have to identify the positions needing to be filled. These positions are set up to cover every aspect of a real estate transaction. They consist of a team leader or (Rainmaker) I love that title :) This person makes sure the business is running smoothly. How do you gauge that?? Happy clients. Thats how! This person is creative, understands marketing, is a leader, generates leads, and oversees the business as a whole. Our business is the client...YOU. You need a buyers agent. Buyers can require a considerable amount of advice, patience,guidance and needs. This takes a person who is experienced, passionate, caring,patient, and can turn it on and put deals together like no other when the time is right! You need a Listing Specialists. This person is a strong negotiator, they need to be strong in insight, detail oriented, and very in tune with needs, expectations etc. You need an office manager that is extremely organized and is also an overseer of business. This person supports those supporting you. Yes, another level of support for you the client, but wait there's more! You also have a showing assistant and a listing specialists assistant. Two more levels of support for YOU. These two positions do all the running,showing,attention to needs etc. These folks are in place so the Listing Specialists and the Buyer Specialists can focus on the important things. These include, finding that perfect home, making sure the presentation of listings is spot on, negotiating, and making sure the big decisions and advice are made/given correctly and not in haste or hurry to get to the next item on the list. To bring all this together systems must be in place to make sure it is all tied together and managed, marketed, and executed in a way that brings nothing but the best service possible to you the client while being transparent in doing so. Yes we sell a ton of homes, yes, we care for our clients and take it to another level,yes its all about YOU!
